I just wanted to forewarn everyone that Gameservers insisted on screwing me on my DOD server.  I bought a DOD private server awhile back for a 6 month period of time and recently they decided to bill me for another 6 month period automatically without warning or asking me.  They cited some line buried deep in their service agreement that allows them to automatically renew my server subscription and bill me if I do not explicitly contact them with a support ticket and request that they do not do this.  Every other transaction I've had with them was emailed to me, but this magic auto-renew I was not emailed about the coming renewal or when it occurred.

So if you have a current server with them that you may one day cancel in the future be aware of this.  Also, I would not recommend doing business with a company that does shady things like this and then informs me that it is "impossible" to give me a refund on what they billed to my credit card (per Brendan Kiel of Gameservers support).

I would like to congratulate the Kool Kids Klub on winning Season 15 of TPG 3v3 and thank everyone who particpated.   I will update the season stats in the forums in the coming days.

Also, I do not feel we currently have enough teams to do the Tournament of Bones this October, so unless a few more teams sign up soon that event is canceled.

TPG 6v6 should be starting back up again here real shortly for those who are interested.   I currently have no plans to start up another season of TPG 3v3.

The next 3v3 season will be The Tournament of Bones IV featuring all Halloween themed maps and will take place through the month of October.
The next 6v6 season will most likely begin September 20.  Registration should be opening soon.

Some important notes about playoff seedings. You may not have more than 1 forfeit win to make the playoffs.  If you have more than 1 forfeit win you must play a makeup match for that week.  You may also not have more than 1 forfeit loss.  Currently, the only active team that will be eliminated from the playoffs due to this rule is Vahalla 3.  The only active team that has been eliminated from the playoffs due to win/loss record is Stormtroopers.  Every other team is still mathematically able to make the playoffs at this point.

* Important:  Teams must re-download the newest server config for dod_hostile.  A new version of the config was released around week 3 of this season because of an error in the scoring. Both teams should make sure that when the config is executed it says version "7-30-09" on the screen. Both teams are responsible for checking this before the match goes live.  Any halves that use the old config will be required to be replayed.

Formerly known as para_tensions this map was created by Holeman (the maker of dod_harrington) in the beta days of DOD.  When DOD retail was released and para maps were taken out of the game TPG-BuLLeT converted the map to a normal DOD map and added flags to it with Holeman's permission.  It has since become a popular 3v3 league map and can also be seen in the rotation of lots of public servers.

The default match time is 9 PM EDT on Wed night of the map's scheduled week.  If both teams cannot agree on a time to play their match it must be played at this time.  All matches must be scheduled using the TPG website's scheduling system.  If you have a server available you can enter this information into your team's profile to have it automatically given out to your opponent.  Make sure you keep it up-to-date to avoid the other team not being able to find your server come game time.

TPG 3v3 is returning for its 15th season! If you have never participated in TPG 3v3 or would like to get back into the 3v3 league now is the time to do it as this may be the last season of TPG 3v3 ever. Finding 2 other people to form a roster of 3 is fairly easy and the league is a lot fun. 

TPG 3v3 features: 
- 12 min rounds 
- 3 sec spawn times 
- Small fast-paced custom maps 
- No snipers or MGs. 

The league will run on Wed. nights from July 22 through Sept 2 with playoffs being Sept 9 through Sept 23. 

Due to the long layoff before the start of the next TPG 6v6 season I am planning something to hold everyone over.  Stay tuned for details.  It may be a 6v6 tournament, a 3v3 league, theme maps, or a special rules league.  Something will be in the works.  Please check back this weekend for more details.

Congratulations to [JAZ&CO] on their season 14 championship.  This will be the last of season TPG 3v3.   I will be shutting down the 3v3 site once I get all of the historical information posted in the forums.  Thank you to everyone who has participated in TPG 3v3 over our 14 seasons.  It has been a pleasure.
